Cancellation Policy
For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellations must be made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days before the local check-in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in.
A 50% refund of accommodation fees is available for cancellations made 7 full days before the local check-in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in. No refund is provided for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance or for early departures after check-in.
Service fees are non-refundable. In case of complaints from either party, please notify us or the platform within 24 hours of check-in.
Please note that this cancellation policy may override the guest’s cancellation policy in certain extenuating circumstances. The final decision on cancellations and refunds is made by us or the travel platform.
We recommend guests consider appropriate travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.
