About the Property:
Our lovely rental property features three comfortable bedrooms, including a Master Bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms are equipped with full-sized beds and a twin-sized bed, all adorned with crisp cotton linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. You’ll have full access to a well-appointed kitchen, allowing you to prepare meals just like you would at home. And for added convenience, there’s a washer/dryer in the unit, so you can pack light and stay fresh throughout your stay.

Special Notes
We take pride in providing a comfortable and secure environment. The third bedroom even has its own individual A/C unit to ensure everyone’s comfort. For your safety, we have Ring doorbell cameras facing the entryway and driveway, which record when motion is detected. Rest assured, our home is pest-free, thanks to regular inspections and maintenance. Please note that parties are not allowed, and guests found in violation may be subject to a $3000 fine. Additionally, please review our cancellation policy below and consider travel insurance for added protection.
House Rules and Cancellation Policy
Our house rules are designed to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests. Please respect our no-party policy, as it helps maintain a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. For cancellations, we offer a full refund if made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to local check-in time. A 50% refund is available for cancellations made 7 full days prior to check-in. Unfortunately, no refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance or early departures after check-in. We recommend guests consider travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.
