Beyond the already mentioned amenities, our home also offers high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washer/dryer, an iron and board, and free parking.

Getting to our home from San Antonio Airport is a breeze. If you prefer driving, you can rent a car at the airport, and a quick 15-minute drive via US-281 S will lead you right to our doorstep.
Alternatively, taxis and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are easily accessible at the airport, offering convenient options if you’d rather not drive. You can also consider Wingz, a service that provides pre-scheduled, flat-rate rides to and from the airport.
For those planning to explore downtown San Antonio, you have several options. Driving is straightforward and typically takes around 20 minutes via I-410 S and I-10 E. Rest assured, we offer free parking at our home, making it easy whether you have your own vehicle or choose to rent one.
If you prefer not to worry about parking downtown, rideshare services are readily available in the area and provide a hassle-free way to travel.
Public transportation is also an option, with VIA Metropolitan Transit operating various bus routes connecting different parts of the city. Route 64 is a convenient choice, with a stop just a short walk from our home and direct service to downtown. With multiple transit options, you can select the one that best suits your needs and itinerary.

House Rules
For a smooth experience, please note our check-in and check-out times: check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. If you require flexibility with these times, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. Please be aware that early check-in and late check-out fees apply, and we appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice for these requests. Staying beyond the check-out time will result in an additional fee as our cleaners work on an hourly schedule.
Our home is smoke-free, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If you choose to smoke outside, please dispose of litter properly to avoid a $100 extra cleaning fee. Evidence of smoking inside the home incurs a $200 smoking fee, excluding service animals.
Regrettably, we cannot accommodate pets at this time, except for service animals, which are always welcome.
Pool safety is paramount; please ensure adult supervision in the pool area at all times. Running or rough play near the pool is discouraged. The use of the pool is at your own risk, and glass containers are not permitted in the pool area.
We kindly ask that you treat our home with respect. Any damage to the property or its contents will result in charges to the guest. Proper disposal of trash in the provided bins and recycling where possible is appreciated.
To maintain a comfortable experience for all guests, please adhere to the maximum occupancy limit of 16 guests.
Free parking is available, but please park responsibly, ensuring that no more than four vehicles are parked overnight.
All guests staying overnight must be accounted for, as our property charges an extra guest fee for each guest over six. Providing the correct number of guests is essential to avoid a $50 per guest fee per night.
In consideration of our neighbors, parties or events are not allowed unless pre-arranged before check-in. Evidence of an unauthorized event or party may result in a $1,500 fee.
Quiet hours should be observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a $500 quiet hours fee.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund of the accommodation fees, cancellations must be made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days before the local check-in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in.
Cancellations made seven full days prior to the local check-in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in are eligible for a 50% refund of the accommodation fees. Unfortunately, no refunds are provided for cancellations made less than seven days in advance or for early departures after check-in. Please note that service fees are non-refundable.
In the event of a complaint from either party, notice must be given to us or the platform within 24 hours of check-in. Please be aware that this cancellation policy may supersede the guest’s cancellation policy in certain extenuating circumstances. Decisions regarding cancellations and refunds are at our discretion, and we recommend guests consider appropriate travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.
