Interaction with Guests We are accessible 24/7 via phone, text, or the Airbnb app. We give our guests space but are available for every inquiry.
Cancellation Policy For a full refund of the accommodation fees, cancellation must be made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to the local check-in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in.
For a 50% refund of the accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 7 full days prior to the local check-in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in, otherwise no refund. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
Service fees are non-refundable.
If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to us or the given platform within 24 hours of check-in.
Please note that this cancellation policy may supersede the guest’s cancellation policy when considering certain extenuating circumstances. We or a travel platform will make a final decision on all cancellations and refunds.
Guests are encouraged to take out appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen cancellations.
