Our fulfillment policies are designed to be transparent, fair, and straightforward, ensuring that both your needs and ours are met. Below, you’ll find detailed information about our Refund, Delivery, Return, and Cancellation policies.

Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and flexibility is key when it comes to travel. Our refund policy is designed with your convenience in mind:

  • Full Refund: Guests can receive a full refund if they cancel at least 14 days before the check-in date.
  • Partial Refund: If a guest cancels less than 14 days but more than 4 days before the check-in, a 50% refund will be issued.
  • Non-refundable: Cancellations made less than 4 days before the check-in date are not eligible for a refund.

Delivery Policy

Since our service revolves around short-term rentals, our delivery policy focuses on providing guests with access to their rented accommodations:

  • Access Information: Guests will receive detailed access information, including key codes or smart lock instructions, 48 hours before check-in.
  • Welcome Packet: Upon arrival, guests will find a welcome packet containing important information about the property, local amenities, emergency contacts, and tips to enhance their stay.

Return Policy

For our short-term rental business, the return policy refers to the state in which the property should be left upon departure:

  • Property Condition: Guests are expected to leave the property in the same condition as they found it upon arrival, barring normal wear and tear.
  • Damages: Any damages or issues should be reported to the host immediately. Guests may be held responsible for repair or replacement costs if the property is returned in a damaged condition.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected events can lead to changes in travel plans. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while also ensuring that we can manage our properties effectively:

  • Free Cancellation Window: Guests can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before check-in.
  • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made after the free cancellation window will incur a fee of 50% of the booking total.
  • No-shows: Guests failing to notify us of cancellation and not checking in on the arrival date will be charged the full amount of the booking.
